Senior needs help with his dog about three times per week

An 84 year old senior has a Shitzu which is not used to being left alone. He has to go to a clinic three times per week now, and when dog is left alone, it howls. Neighbours in his building are not happy, and are pushing him to get rid of the dog. This is his dear companion. Other than the isolation anxiety, this little dog is very well behaved.
