Thought I'd pass this along. A very interesting presentation to council on how to preserve city recreation services. For me, I'm one those folks who would rather take a tax increase than shut down programs. That ain't gonna happen under the current administration — but this guy, Mark Richardson, has a good idea to keep stuff afloat that may be more palatable to the fiscal hawks on council.
