Alright, so I know this topic has been covered, but I need to vent AGAIN.Why is it that people who otherwise don't litter think it's okay to leave their little baggies of dog poop EVERYWHERE? Seriously, find a bin (NOT a private one where the people who own it will have to open it and smell your dog's business, but a PUBLIC one beside the DOG PARK where you are going or have just been).
