I took my dog into Timmies on Queen E yesterday for a groom and they totally didn't do what I requested. It can't be fixed (and they admit this) nor am I mobile to bring him in for any kind of fix because I am pregnant with twins and on bedrest so I asked for a partial refund and the owner was rude and dismissive. He told me that being pregnant is no excuse for being immobile. I told him his customer service sucks and he said he didn't care. BEWARE!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS TO TIMMIES.

Kali got a wonderful day at the spa last weekend at Timmie's!! The groomer was super nice and very professional and Kali looks FANTASTIC!! A lot of groomers really overdo a sheltie haircut, but I can tell that Kali got very individual treatment that has left her looking very natural and sculpted. She's never had a better haircut!! You can see her scruffy photo a few posts below, but here's her in shiny Timmie Spa condition!!! (Also, she's ga-ga over those ginger treats from your store, and the minty chicken is doing it's part to combat

her horrendous doggie breath)
