169-175 Jones Redevelopment

There is a proposed redevelopment plan for the church property and adjacent vacant plot at 169-175 Jones (about 1/2 block north of Dundas on the east side). The redevelopment calls for a new 4-storey building on the vacant plot and new residential units in the existing (but extensively modified) church. Total new residential units: 40. I'm with Nancy on this point, it's too bad that they didn't have some other products of the dairy nature. Fresh butter, yogurt etc. Because ice cream just won't do it, if Ed's is just up the street.
