There is a proposed redevelopment plan for the church property and adjacent vacant plot at 169-175 Jones (about 1/2 block north of Dundas on the east side). Cream - what's happening?

Does anyone know what's happening with Cream? There's a sign in the door saying "Closed until further notice....". I hope they're not closing already.
