Thanks to all who have followed Seven Seeds (YOGA!) over to Chang'e studio on Queen Street. We have been welcomed by the Chang'e community with open arms , warm tea and kind words. We are ever so grateful to Sandra and Leanne for bringing us into their fold.

So.. we got gentrified off of Queen Street East and we have moved over to what we are calling the New Frontier.

We are located at 914 Eastern Avenue just between Knox and Minto Streets and loving the quiet, the 16 foot ceilings and the toasty warm room and atmosphere.
