"Well, we'll have to disagree on that, I guess.  I love it there, and think their food is fine for pub fare.  Looking forward to the new place, though.  "

"Yikes Simon. That's awful. Glad Mavis is ok. She is such a sweet pup. As someone who owns a territorial and sometimes aggressive dog, I will never understand why folks who know their dog can be that way, decide to ever leave the dog in a public…"

Act of Kindness

Hi guys,I posted this in the dog discussion page, but I'd like to post it here as well as a public thanks to someone who helped my wife and I last night. My Frenchie, Mavis, was attacked and bitten outside Ed's Real Scoop last night.  We were walking along Queen as we do every night, and an unleashed black dog (looked like a Lab mix) which was lying on the sidewalk stood up and bit her head as we passed.  I was pulling the dog off her by the time the owner got there.   A big public thank you to…See More

Simon replied to Christine B's discussion ruby watchco - anyone eat there recently?
"My wife and I ate there about three weeks ago, and it was great.  Our only complaint is that we were seated right next to the cutlery / side plate station, so it was somewhat annoying to have wait staff constantly coming over and making a…"

"Hey Ara -  is the parked construction equipment just optics to spur sales or will they actually get started?  You're right, though... only 55% of the units sold in a year, in this neighborhood?  That's abysmal."
