"My wife and I ate there about three weeks ago, and it was great.  Our only complaint is that we were seated right next to the cutlery / side plate station, so it was somewhat annoying to have wait staff constantly coming over and making a…"

"Hey Ara -  is the parked construction equipment just optics to spur sales or will they actually get started?  You're right, though... only 55% of the units sold in a year, in this neighborhood?  That's abysmal."

Hi guys, My wife and I are a 30-something professional couple seeking a 1 bedroom apartment/condo for September.  We are quiet 9 to 5ers with a small, one-year old lazy Frenchie dog (21 pounds).  We don't require parking, and our budget is up to $1400 without utilities or $1500 with utilities.  On-site laundry is a must-have, but we'll consider any type of unit (basement, upper floor of house, condo etc) provided it is clean and quiet.  We are currently selling our unit in The Printing Factory…See More
