Hi - I'm a professional single w a small ( well- behaved)dog looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment with a deck or backyard. 4-piece bath and parking availability important. Any time between now and end of December - would sign tomorrow for right place, but - flexible about moving date. $1200 ideal but would go to $1400 for right place. I crave respectful neighbors and access to outdoors! Thanks!
