She was the first neighhbour to welcome us to the street when we moved here four years ago. She may be the only Italian neighbour I may ever have here. I hope her new digs is close ot a good Italian bakery, one thing this area lacks.

I wish you all the best in selling your family home. We are casually looking for a larger space, as our two little guys have swallowed much of our small space. If you end up having to use more expensive avenues to sell your home (i.e. agents), can you keep us in mind before you do? We would like to take a look and negotiate a fair price.
