"My neighbour with two bikes goes here: http://www.fsmotorcycle.com/contact_us.php.  In the summer there are often people pulled up outside chatting so it might be a good place to meet other riders, too."

motorcycle enthusiasts - care to depart wisdom?

Hello - just beginning a new hobby. I have lots to learn and wondering if anyone out there would like to share some knowledge? Not riding techniques, but understanding the bike. All my buddies who are into biking have left the country for other pastures. Offering to exchange stories, colloquialisms, and a beer or two (we are discussing... not riding here ;).See More

"Likes" are lame

They are taking up too much space on the initial page. If you want to "like" something, go to facebook. IMHO.

German Shepherd wandering on Caroline

There is a large german shepherd walking around Caroline/Eastern right now. It has tags. I tried to call him/her, but it did not work. This is the fourth dog I have come across in the last 2 weeks.See More

Advice from foodies...

This is not a Leslieville question per se, but I know there are a lot of foodies in the hood. Can anyone recommend any Toronto restos that cater to the bits of food not normally associated to a Toronto restaurant experience? You know, the things that many might turn their nose too. I was thinking Beast Restaurant, but it does not seem too different. Perhaps something in Pacific Mall? I have a group of friends coming up and would like to surprise them with an experience they may not have had…See More
