Murray Whyte, the visual arts writer for the Toronto Star wrote a column discussing Toronto's emerging art districts and gave a mention to Leslieville. Thanks Murray!

While he mentioned three of our galleries, Parts, Pentimento and Brayham Contemporary Art, please don't forgot that there are many more galleries in our neighbourhood including - P/M Gallery, Headbones, and Rouge.

Toronto Life, Cream & crepes

Hi all! The Toronto Life guide is a great start to the neighbourhood (although would have liked to see some long-time "pioneers" on the list like Altitude & Hello Toast? & a REAL pioneer--Hastings Snack Bar!!!). Want to just clear up the info included in that guide that CREPES are "coming soon".

Their launch had been planned for August 15th, but with all the hype of the last week or so, we've had to delay to get our kitchen in order.

HOWEVER, on the list so far for SWEET:… Continue

Thanks to Danielle and her Cream crew

And oh ya the sundae making which just as many adults as children partook in. Danielle, you put sooo much effort into the day and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The Soft Mechanic: A Flying Leap

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I thought I was going to be the only one! Pull up a chair (pick the comfortable one, with good back support) and tell me about something new you’ve tried recently. How did you get started? How did it feel once you got going?

Starting a new routine can be challenging,… Continue
