Pied a Terre the NEXT FLICK?????

Speaking with some of the people in the area today and it seems that Pied a terre is moving into Flick's old space....isnt it kind of odd that they share a store and are now moving into his new digs?

Was down there the other day and it sure looks like Flick is out as the crap that is in their is all granny looking...maybe they bought out the contents of AMA instead and that is their surprise opening....

Anybody know if the rumour is true?

I'm moving shortly. The folks who bought my home are turning my basement apartment into a play space for their kids. That means they don't want the fridge & stove.

I've had them for about six years and bought them used. They are clean and in working condition.

If you can use them, come get'em. They are yours.
