Although the City of Toronto does nothing to clean the laneways and maintain them, I might be suggesting that this neighborhoud get together to start some of kind of activity to either upkeep, repair and maintain these areas which are quickly becoming eyesores.  Never mind the situation with dogs eating potential dangerous foods and dying, these laneways are extensions of the streets and our backyards.  I am amazed at the people feel that they can leave trash hanging around; fence doors partially hanging in laneways leaving little space for cars to pass; or just generally not upkeeping the spots in the back of your respective houses on a regular basis.  

Is anyone seeing this or am I the only one who thinks these spaces in Leslieville need some attention?
