Creme The Urban Dairy Bar is my new FAV place for breakfast!

Yes, you read that right... and no I am not having ice cream for breakfast! I have been there twice in the last week and each time the food and service is EXCELLENT. Me and my breakfast date have been sharing a bagel with their home-made cream cheese (skip the Philli, their homemade version is so much more tastier!) and their youghurt with granola, berries and hemp seeds.

Today I got the chance to sit on their backyard patio which is so quaint and comfortable with tables and chairs and also Muskoka chairs. Our yummy breakfast was brought out to us and the whole spread with 2 coffees was only $6 each. How can you beat that? Did I mention they have wifi... just so sad that my current work laptop doesn't!

I wish Creme a long and successful life here in Leslieville!

As an "urban dairy" our cafe products range from our own freshly whipped butter each morning & homemade buttermilk muffins, to locally provided rye-based bagels and sweet butter croissants with our own freshly pressed "tart" cream cheese (or brie, or goat cheese, tomato, avocado, etc) to yummy sheep milk yogurt with fresh fruit and homemade granola. Also, have milk, soy and rice lattes (Merchants of Green Coffee fair-trade espresso) PLUS our September line has been bumped up and we HOPE to have regular and gluten-free crepes available (with a variety of fillings) by mid-August. THANKS LeslievilleLori for mentioning this and to all MOMS and DADS out there: we have a great garden with mats, paper, crayons, stickers, books--visit with friends or relax through the day with any of these goodies, or of course, GELATO/ICE CREAM! :-)
