I had the great pleasure of being invited to a special weekend brunch which was catered by a wonderful local caterer .

Stephen has been in the food business for several years both here and abroad, and most recently part of the Four Season's chain.  Being the entrepreneur that he is , he decided to go out on his own.  So far so good for this business guy.  Apparently keeping quite busy, including the likes of hosting smaller party venues (50 people) for companies like Cadillac-Fairview.  This particular brunch which was hosted by good friends of mine for my 55th, was really quite special.  Excellent assortment of food, thoughtful and considered special dietary needs and various religious food choices...still making brunch a great experience.  Stuffed crepes with asperagus and goat cheese, and chicken and asiago; banana pancakes, turkey and pork sausages; fresh fruit; assorted nibbles like mini sized quiches etc.  There was no lack of the food and it was served with great "applomb" .  Steve is a delightful guy, who  blended in nicely with the group,....this is itself a delicate thing to manage when you're serving in a private home.  

So a big wave of support for anyone looking for a great local Leslieville caterer-  I always say catering is often times cheaper than you buying, preparing and cooking and you get the benefit of enjoying the full evening.
