Nutrition Consultations

A 15-20 minute consult (either in person or over the phone) with our certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant Sara Sahr.

Includes: 3 detailed menus with recipes, breakdown of menus (calories per serving, protein, carbohydrates, and fats) and correspondence throughout the program with trainer for any questions or concerns.

Fascial Stretch Therapy

Jackie will be incorporating new stretching techniques into her treatments. Please ask for more details at your next massage therapy appointment.

It’s been a long but great recovery. Jackie has officially returned to massaging after fully healing from her arm injury. Please call today to book your appointment.

Summer 2010 updates:

̴ Our Hands On You team of therapists is growing. We would like to welcome Colin Outram to the clinic. Colin has 10 years experience in the massage therapy industry and will be joining us starting July 7^th.

̴ We would like to continue to offer studio classes throughout the summer months. Please let us know which classes you would like us to keep during these months.

̴ We will be starting to sell a variety of products beginning in July. Please feel free to give us ideas and feedback as to what types of products you would like made available for you all here at the clinic.

̴ The clinic will be closing on Saturdays for the months of July and August. We will try our best to accommodate appointments if scheduled in advance.

̴ HST will have to be charged to all services here at the clinic effective July 1^st 2010. Base prices have not changed, but we will be charging a 13% HST instead of the usual 5% GST.

̴ Jackie will be taking holidays from Tuesday, August 17^th and returning to the clinic Friday, September 3^rd. Please make sure to book your appointments around those dates; however other therapists will be available in her absence.
