Whisky & Spice is introducing two exciting new mustards this holiday season.
Cabernet Balsamic Mustard – Elegant and Sophisticated
Premium Ontario Pelee Island Lighthouse Cabernet Franc is paired with 18 year old traditional balsamic vinegar imported from Modena, Italy. Whisky & Spice chose Pelee Island Cabernet Franc for its ripe, fruit flavour and ability to pair well with a variety of meats and cheeses making it an ideal accompaniment with cheese and charcuterie boards. They were very fortunate to partner with Toronto’s Olive Oil Emporium (oliveoilemporium.com) and chose their classic 18 year old traditional balsamic to match with the cabernet franc. Imported from Modena, Italy this premium quality balsamic vinegar brings rich, complex flavour and contains no thickeners, added sugars or caramels.
Rye Maple Mustard – A Canadian Classic
Canadian mustard seed with Canadian rye spirit aged in Canadian oak barrels and sweetened with Canadian maple syrup. Oh Canada!
They were fortunate to partner with The Trafalgar Club from Oakville, Ontario to use their small batch Barrel Aged Rye.
This premium small batch rye whisky from award winning Trafalgar Club is matured in small, charred barrels made in Ontario from Ontario oak. With approximately 20% rye by volume, the mustard is balanced with the sweetness of Ontario maple syrup. Brown mustard seed from western Canada provides spice and flavour.
Find both these delicious flavours and more at the Whisky & Spice booth, this Sunday!

After struggling with allergies and eczema all her life, Julie Clark began crafting natural, organic beauty products out of her kitchen in New York’s Hell’s Kitchen. Despite her busy schedule as a costume designer and stylist, Julie found herself drawn to holistic skincare, using her time off to experiment with oils, waxes and herbs- all in pursuit of the perfect skin care regime. In 2010 Julie left NYC to study Aromatherapy, Holistic Health and Esthetics in Toronto. Here she formed the foundation of her skincare expertise, experimenting with raw materials and natural ingredients.

NSTP opened their doors in Parkdale, Toronto in April 2013 after months of planning and developing a concept that was true to their passion. Pamela and Francesco, of NSTP, were interested in well-made goods with unique and individual stories or a long, proven history – those high quality “standards” that everyone wants in their closet and keeps coming back to, time after time. They are also both passionate about Canadian history and industry, having grown up living, travelling, and camping in Canada. Visit their booth this Sunday and take home a true Canadian classic.
