October is blanket month and they will have a varied selection of wool vintage blankets; Classic Hudson’s Bay, Dip Dyed, Trimmed and Mended. The talented Johanne Bartell has been busy creating different styles of knitted hats and head bands, for all ages, young and not-so-young. Headbands $5, hats $10-$20. She has also added some baby blankets/easy chair throws, to the mix, different sizes and patterns, for different prices, some knit, some crocheted, all by hand, of course. Her knitting has always been popular at our flea and various festivals around the city. Keeping heads warm is her mantra!


Muizee returns to the Fall Leslieville Flea with a new ring design that has been in the works for months. TheLove ring is made in a delicate and timeless script in solid 14K yellow gold or rose gold. Custom sizes are also available. Stop by to see Muizee’s other fine jewellery designs this October!

Pommies Cider is crafted from the juice of 100% Ontario apples and pears, and is home to Pommies Dry, Pommies Perry and the newly launched Pommies Farmhouse. All ciders made by Pommies are gluten free, GMO free, vegan, contain no artificial flavours or colours and are never made from concentrate.  Try one this month at The Leslieville Flea!

On October 18th, make sure you stop by The Leslieville Flea for your last chance to do some yoga (at 10:30 in the east section of the park), stroll the grounds, and shop the best vintage and handcrafted vendors around….all while sampling some great food and drink!
