Baby Picasso In Leslieville
Parent & Infant Workshop from ages 2-14 months
Come, learn and explore the benefits of early stimulation, sensory and artistic experiences on an infant’s development through visual arts.
This is also an opportunity for parents/caregivers to support the infant’s experience in exploring their creativity.
We will do this through 4 weekly consecutive Monday morning classes:
March 1, 8, 22, 29 2010 (no March Break class).
Each class will be exploring a different kind of edible paint medium on paper. The infant will lovingly be encouraged to explore his or herself with edible paint on paper.
As an expressive arts therapist, Caro Cloutier
will lead both parents and infants into a practice of baby art-making while exploring the role of attachment theory in practical ways. Other areas of focus will be communication, stimulation and motor skills. Messy babies at play...please dress accordingly!
All 4 Monday morning classes will include:
· 45 min. facilitated session
· Edible art medium and Paper
