NY Times Love Affair with Leslieville

Alright, maybe a little dramatic. But still fun!

Online early this morning, and to be published in this Sunday's New York Times, is a great travel article on many of Toronto's fun neighbourhoods, including Leslieville of course!

So excited to read that article. I was just out canvassing more businesses, and they were thrilled to know that Leslieville will again be featured by NYT. Something we can use in our advertising.

It's funny you mention that, since its actually the second time the NY Times has specifically done a "shout out" to Leslieville. There was a previous article from 2005, right around when the Starbucks was opening that talked about Leslieville - it also focused on all of the great brunch options (and that was before half the restaurants currently in the area were even open!) as well the antique and furniture and the very cool vibe - sadly, it also used that "the next Queen West" moniker, as if that's what any neighborhood should be aspiring to.
