The class is a small semi-private class that allows time for guided relaxation, visualization and mini massage. It gives you the opportunity to spend time with other woman who are either pregnant or are preparing their bodies to become pregnant.

1 hour pre registered prenatal and pregancy ready yoga classes.

Rolling enrollement, sign up anytime for 6 consecutive weeks, or drop-in for one class.
