FREE RnR classes continue this week at Studio 1112. Don't miss your opportunity to get your rock on for free...pre register for tomorrows class!

Rock n' Roar Fitness is offering $25 class pass for the month of Jan!
Thats 4 classes for less than $6.50 each...a great way to get your resolutions off on the right track. Space is limited, pre registration required.

Tues.night info: Studio 1112, 1112 Dundas St. East at Logan, 6:30-7:30 pm

Please bring:

· water

· a towel, and/or yoga mat

· jump rope and resistance bands if you have them.


Gym attire, ie sneakers (athletic quality,no Converse) and comfortable
garments built for sweating, is mandatory.

Fees:

· $10 pre registered unlimited classes

· $15 drop in
