My cousin came over last night and and we were on our way to Tango Palace when we stumbled upon this place...  

Glas is a new wine, appetizer and dessert bar at 1118 Queen St. East. The server told me they've only been open for three weeks! It's the perfect spot for a first date or light night out. 

My cousin and I had a glass of wine each and I ordered the chocolate merlot cake. I meant to take a picture of it, but it was so delicious I gobbled it up before I had the chance to snap a pic, so here's one of my half-finished espresso: The two of us can get a bit silly when we're together...I was happy to see my cousin, but all day my heart has been with my  dear friend Sima, who had to put down her beloved dog Duke yesterday. RIP Duke, you were loved so, so much.
