Finally! It was so refreshing to once again have a breath of warm spring air in the city. I loved being outside today, taking in all the flowers, birds, and lots of butterflies! 

I'm a new transplant to the area so it was great to be able to walk around and see what my new 'hood has to offer. I had lots of visions of me and my BF enjoying picnic lunches this summer, strolls along Queen East and brunch at all the new (to me!) places in the area. 

I definitely miss the west end but I am trying to stop the comparisons and not focus on what ISN'T here and instead enjoy all the great things that ARE here. 

Can't wait to keep exploring in the nice warm weather :)
