Join us for some yoga, mostly for parents but also for babies! We have had babies as early as 2 weeks up to walking. The class runs in 6 week sessions with drop ins available. Each week we have a guest speaker to speak about their talents and to allow new parents to connect into the community from a parent perspective. No prior experience of yoga is necessary; the intent is to move, be with your baby and connect to new parents.

Next sessions starts Thursday April 16 - May 21 from 1:00-2:15 at OMA Chiropractic (1 Munro St, Queen just west of Broadview). The cost of the 6 week session is $75. Call or email to reserve a space.
